My first thought was the Korean Brand blouse I’m wearing right now. But few seconds later i realized that this even haven’t that old as my age now. Then scientist me got it into deeper thoughts 💭.

Can we consider our body as the oldest things we’re wearing and carrying every day, today? Mathematically, yes. I bought this blouse from a thrift market and technically it’s old/preloved by the previous owners. But also it hasn’t been as old as my body age now (can you guest my age now? Haha i definitely hate this part when i asked someone about their age)
Can you imagine what kind of story this blouse has or what kind of story this blouse been involved in?
Can you imagine how far this blouse has been moving around from one owner to another until it ended up being mine now? And started to taking care of it every time i wear it.
As well as our body, i should have been taking care of it more than anything else. Nevertheless, i should have been thanking my body to be this strong to carry on our soul, even though it sometimes got tired and have taken some time rest.
That’s the body that always be there and shows up the opposite your heart or mind’s saying or thinking or even feeling. That the body has been showing the strength when your soul can not. Its our body that always looks so strong when nobody knows how its broken inside.
Have we thank our body enough and taking more care of it as important as we taking care of our heart, mind, and soul?
